Discount offers and promo codes

Returning your items

All refunds will be made in a gift card available for 2 months on our website www.click-fashion.com.

Before returning your goods to us, you must reasonably retain and care for them.

Any goods must be returned in its original, unused condition (with the original packaging), with all clothing tags and tags still attached. If tags and/or clothing tags are removed, the goods will be considered used.

When returning goods on which you received a discount or special offer, this discount / offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount / offer threshold and the refund (gift certificate) is adjusted accordingly. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning the merchandise to which the promotional gift was linked.

If we believe (in our discretion) that the goods have decreased in value due to the way you have treated them, we may deduct the amount of that loss from the value refunded to you.

Your right to return your goods does not apply to certain types of goods, such as:

Custom items or merchandise that have been manufactured to your specification.
Goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (including food and some obstacles).
sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene protection reasons, if sealed after delivery, such as:
- Any beauty or fragrance product
- Women's and men's underwear
- Bathing suit (unless the protective tape is still in place or the item is not washed and in sellable condition such as socks, earrings and jewelry).
